Coaching Options

Coaching is about getting support in finding a path forward to making the changes you want and need. Consider how you feel right now, whether you have answers and a plan, and what path your health is taking. If you’re headed in a poor health direction, change requires something different. Coaching is about customizing the habits of a healthy lifestyle to your life and challenges. Dr. Mindy Pelz trained her coaches on how to support clients in living a lifestyle that improves symptoms and helps them thrive into the future.

  • Together we’ll discuss how the principles of hormonal and metabolic health and weight loss will fit into your current lifestyle.

  • Before each meeting, I study your history, intake surveys, symptoms, challenges, relevant research, and lifestyle.

  • During each meeting, we’ll spend specific time talking about your wins/challenges/insights, time on learning new ideas specific to your health goals, and time deciding next steps that makes sense for you. Every decision and approach is balanced for your success in implementing changes that are both effective and long lasting.

  • After each meeting, I follow-up with a bulleted 1-2 page summary email along with a goals matrix specific to your health struggles.
